This Section explains Church Usage and any/all fees associated.

  • Facility Use Guidance And Printable Request Form


    Facility use form must be filled out at least 7 days prior to event. A committee member must also be contacted in advance, allowing time to determine validity, check for conflicts and adjust room temperature.
